Merry Christmas and a Happy New year

Ok so I have been a bit of a slacker, what else is new. Anyway I hope you all had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year we did. Santa was very good to us this year. We also got a WII and I have to agree with Anna in saying that the WII sports is pretty fun. I really enjoy the bowling and the boxing. The boxing is great exercise but the next day you sure do pay for it. When I was playing with Michele she thought you actually got to hit each other. When I told her no you don't I think she was a little disappointed, you know Michele she always liked to get in a good punch. Anyway the kids have had a great time with it they each got their own games Allyssa got Boogie super star, it is pretty fun also you get to create a character and then you get to compete in singing and dancing and believe it or not the dancing is quite a workout not as much as on the Dance Dance Revolution but still a pretty good workout. Anyway it is pretty fun and I even got Bryan to Dance with me on it so that was funny. On New years eve we decided to go to a movie so we took the kids to see Bedtime Stories it was really cute and the kids enjoyed it I missed bits and pieces of it because I of course had to entertain Issy but it was still really cute. We then came home and Sandy and Logan and James (sandy's ex) came up and played games oh and Tonja and Sean we had lots of fun playing the WII and we also played Uno Flash which is an awesome version of Uno that Tonja brought up. It ended up being a really nice New years. Well I better sign off for now. I will post pictures as soon as I get them downloaded. Love you all.

Ok so this is Mack and Sausage the Blue tongued skink, he really does look like a sausage doesn't he. This is at the reptile show we went to at the Rec Center on Halloween it was really fun.

What Cute kids!!!

Eww scary this is Allyssa and her friend Julie. They were Zombies at school in their Halloween program. Everytime Issy would look at them she would cry. These pictures are at their Halloween parade they had at the beginning of school.

Ok so Allyssa had a B-day party with the girls they gave themselves pedicures and manicures and then the next day they dressed up in all my dance costumes and paraded around the house.They really had alot of fun. But boy was I glad when it was over.

Issys first snow she wanted to play in it but we didn't have any boots for her. Can you believe it snowed 9 inches the day before. What a way to start October, but it melted really fast

Ok so October has come and gone and so I thought I would update our blog.
We have been very busy this month. Allyssa had her 12th birthday thats right I am now a mother of a 12yr old. It hasn't been to bad so far she is a good girl and does alot for me sometimes I feel bad because I ask her to do so much, but she is so good to just do it and not argue at least most of the time. She started YW's and that is going great. They are doing a Roadshow this month and Allyssa got the lead part so she was really excited, she has always enjoyed acting and singing so we will see how it turns out. I have been busy planning and executing Halloween parties for the kids classes at school. It has been really fun but really busy I also started tending my neighbors kids a couple weeks ago it is going ok, there are three of them a 5 yrold boy a 2 1/2 yr old boy and an 8month old little girl. They are cute kids . The boys are doing fabulous Timmy is kind of struggling with reading but we are working on that. Bryan is still working at the Church Office Building doing computers he likes it still so I guess that is good. We had a blast for Halloween the kids had a Halloween parade at school and then parties I was in charge of Allyssa's Class party it went well. Thursday night the 6th graders did a Halloween program it was cute they did a really good job I will post a picture of Allyssa and her friend Julie they are supposed to be zombies I thing they look really good. They scared Issy everytime she looked at Allyssa she would start to cry. On Halloween we all dressed up and went and did a trunk or treat with Michele and Steve then we went Trick or treating Issy had a blast but as soon as she saw the candy she wanted to eat it. And to top of the night we went to a Reptile show at our City Rec. hall it was a blast the kids had fun seeing the reptiles Mackey got to hold a blue tongue Skink I think thats what it was called any way its name was Sausage when you see the picture you will know why. Well gotta go do crossing Guard I will post pictures when I get back.

Timmy's Birthday

Timmy's birthday party was great. He got lots of stuff the theme was Batman that is what I decided because he would never tell me what kind of party he wanted and I had a vision for his cake so that is what he got . He was especially excited to get the money from Grandma and Grandpa Smith he hasn't spent it yet he is still decideing what to get.

Yea School is in session!!!!!

Yea school has started the kids were pretty excited this year to start school so far all has gone good they all got fabulous teachers. This is what they wore on the first day, you can't see all of Allyssa's outfit she is wearing leggings and converse tennis shoes, talk about take you back to the the eighties, I wanted to cut her hair and stick her bangs up but she wouldn't let me. She did look very cute however.
This is Issy on the first day of school we were kind of slow so she had to eat while we walked the kids to school.
Many of you know we got a dog well here is a picture finally he is so cute when he sticks his ears up. He is part German Shephard part Pit bull he is fabulous with the kids. He especially loves Issy, although Issy doesn't necessarily like it when he licks her but she loves to pet him. He knows all the commands and we can let him out in the front yard and he won't run away he just stays right by you. He is brindle color very pretty. The kids love him to death.
This is Issy and her little boyfriend Alex he lives next door, he is two months younger then Issy. They love to play together however this blue car is their favorite sometimes they share and sometimes they don't it just depends on the day. But they are hilarious to watch I have never seen 1yr olds play together like they do, although Issy does seem to be the bossy one but Alex is pretty easy going.
I finally got Issy to play in her sprinkle we bought her for her birthday at first she was really scared of it, but we got it out while all the other kids were gone to Yellowstone with Grandma and Grandpa Tomlin and she had a blast.
